Welcome to my web-gallery. I hope you enjoy viewing my art and will share my website with your family and friends. Capturing the world around me is something that I've done for as long as I can remember even before knowing the word ART. Whether it was drawing in the dirt as a young child or constructing sets in high school, the creative process burns within. My works are symbolic inluding family, jazz bands, musicians, African tribal masks, fruits and other things familiar to all of us. The works are representative, detailed and a direct progression from one series of works to the next series of works. Many of my recent works use common items as symbols such as watermelons, cottonfields, the Confederate flag, man, dogs and society as a themes. My works have been accepted in national shows winning best graphics in two Springs Art Shows and first place in the Southeast Black Art Competition in North Carolina. Works are included in the collections of Spartanburg Arts Council, South Carolina State University, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Fluor Daniel Inc., Dazzlers Inc., Piedmont Orthopedic Associates, and many private collections. A member of Exodus, The Artist Collective, Greenville, S.C. and the Artist Guild Gallery of Greenville
